At Akoya Lighting, your complete satisfaction is our promise. Most new, uninstalled items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

For returns of large or freight-shipped products, a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain return authorization and ensure prompt processing.

Note: Custom-made items, including special colors or made-to-order fixtures, are non-returnable.
